- MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED: Discounted rates are not available for stays of less than 2 nights.
- REQUIRED LEAD TIME: Discounted rates are not available for stays that will occur within 14 days of booking. That is
the arrival time must be more than 14 days after time of booking.
- DEPOSIT: A non refundable deposit of 10% of booked stay will be charged at time of booking.
- PAYMENT: The 90% balance of full cost of stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will not be refunded if
the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
- SPECIAL EVENTS & HOLIDAYS: Discounted and Low season rates are not available during special event or holiday periods.

- SURCHARGE: A credit card surcharge of 3% applies to all American Express and Diners Club Card payments. Visa and MasterCard payments will not attract a credit card fee.
Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
- There will be a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay charged by M-Power Accommodation at the time of booking.
- The remaining 90% cost of the stay will by charged by Meriton Apartments at check-in.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened, more than 48 prior to booked arrival, the 10% deposit will be forfeited.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 48 of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking, then the 90% balance of the first night of the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 48 hours notice is required to shorten a stay once commenced, to avoid the cost of these nights being charged.
- By making a booking it is understood these conditions have been accepted.
- M-Power Accommodation strongly recommends comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover losses due to unforseen circumstances.

- Validity: These rates are available during low season times until the dates noted
- Rates: All rates above are for up to the number of guest shown. Use the sofa bed for one extra child (under 12 years) only - Extra A$50 per night.
- Infant Cots: Cots and Infant accessories are not provided by the hotel. The hotel does recommend a supplier of baby items.
- Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available at A$15 per day/multiple entry (as a guide only).
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking. All apartments have enclosed balconies.
- Bedding: All beds are Zipped King Beds and each apartment's bedroom can have 1 King bed or 2 Single Beds
- Bathrooms: Most 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms
- Hotel Bond: Without the credit card of a staying guest, or the authorised use of a 'third party' (someone else's) credit card being held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, a cash Bond of A$200/night may be required prior to keys being given upon check-in. If you have secured your own reservation with your own credit card then this will be held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, and no cash bond will be required.
